Nextfocus is a global business and technology solutions company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Founded in 1995 by successful Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and private equity partners, Nextfocus specializes in serving the SMEs (Small to Midsize Enterprises) who aim to grow with global market strategies and execution.

Technical savvy, financial efficiency and intercultural competency are the three key strategic components for enterprises to succeed globally. Execution with “A” grade in all three areas, however, is often difficult, if not impossible, for SMEs, whose resources are limited. This is where team Nextfocus comes in with pivotal role of serving as SME's back/front office and technology/development arm behind the scene.

Nextfocus services are founded upon three core value drivers: Decade of domain knowledge accumulation within the global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) industry; Network of Service Delivery Centers (SDCs) strategically deployed internationally; and Multilingual and cross-border client serving expertise.

Nextfocus today operates SDCs in four offshore locations, China, Russia, India, and the Philippines, in addition to the two US locations, Sacramento and Los Angeles, California. Our SDCs are accentuated with the sales and client representative offices located within each of the above five countries as well as in Canada, Japan and South Korea, attending with proximity to the onshore project transition and account management for our SME clients.

Our future SDC locations include: Vietnam, Mexico, Egypt and Iran. Our provisional sales and client representative office locations include: UK, Germany, France, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
